I am 85 years old. I ordered a hairpiece from the picture of an elderly gentleman with grey hair.

When we ordered, they sent a picture of a sample of the color we wanted. What we got is a doll's wig in a bright blonde color. We received the wig and immediately emailed customer service. It definitely was not what we ordered.

Too Small, Too Bright Colored, Too Thick and Curley. They offered for another $70 they would make us the right wig. That is when we told them we were not paying more money. We asked for an address for returning the wig; so that we could get a refund.

The response was written in Chinese! After reading the other reviews (which I should have done before ordering) I see that there are more unhappy customers. I suggest you all go to Facebook and file another complaint. We aren't all dummies.

Freight was $10. I will probably lose what I paid (I am on Social Security); but I will try to make business miserable for them.
